Voting Question: what should i do :(??????

im not sure what to do:( im steel living at home but i sometimes cry myself to sleep. cause my mum watches me in the shower my every move ad it is really embarrasing i mean im steall developing but i am good for a teenager than she hits me in the shower because i cant wash myself proberly because she is staring at me and she opends the shower door and looks at me :S and yells pulls my hair etc. the other day i was blambed that my little brother who i love to bits almost died cause he was chocking on choc when i didnt know so i was hit again and yelled out again blamed for all this. im not aloud to talkback or even breath back she said. at other times i get hit with the belt and my long hair was choped all of cause i didnt know how to spelll a word 
she says she loves me and belive her but all this is driving me crrazy. she has thretend to hit me till i bled ect. this is a normal week for me and i am sick to death of it but i dont know what to do ?
