    JSW Steel Says Profit Margins Will Shrink on Price Slump (Bloomberg)

    China’s steel prices up 20% on output cuts, festive demand (The Economic Times)

    Thanks to a spate of production cuts, prices of steel products, such the benchmark hot-rolled coils, in the key Chinese market have shot up to $515 a tonne over the past few days. This is an increase of nearly 20% from the 33-month low in mid-November.

    Steel to pick up by June quarter (Business Standard India)
